In short, six to eleven year olds.
Every news item has a version for adults and two additional versions. 6 to 8 year olds, and 9 to 11 year olds. However, we don't verify your child's age and encourage you to select the reading level you think is appropriate.
Likewise, you can add older children to any of the plans. The only difference is that they might not benefit as much from the reading comprehension goals.
Absolutely. Both up or down. You can do it directly from the settings portion in the adult account.
Our goal is for you to connect and explore with your children. Reading comprehension is a secondary goal only, so if you think it will be easier for your child to read at a different level, don't hesitate changing it.
Yes! Directly from the settings portion in the adult account.
We categorize the various news articles and encourage you to select categories which both you and your child are interested in. Allowing your child to drive this decision will keep your child more easily engaged. What we recommend is to let them choose two categories for every one you want to include.
It is no problem to switch between plans. Not only to upgrade from one child to family put even downgrade from family to one child. Just go to the settings and change the plan. At the next renewal period the plan will be automatically changed and you will either have account credit or be billed at a prorated rate for the new plan.
When changing from a "Family" account to a "One Child" account, all family achievements and the first child profile with all of its achievements are being retained.
